We recently purchased a cabin table lamp for our cabin at Lake Tahoe. It is absolutely a perfect fit, I’ve never seen one like it. The detail is amazing. Peek in the window and there is a cozy surprise, a bed and stone fireplace. An inside night light ,when turned on, mimics a burning fire, a super bonus.
My wife’s grandfather is Basque. We’ve seen photos of him as a child standing in front of the family sheep wagon that they called home. When we came across the sheep wagon table lamps during a recent visit to Sun Valley to watch the ”Trailing of the sheep", we knew we should purchase one, a perfect gift for Papa. It brought tears to his eyes.
My dad is an avid fisherman, and remember his wicker trout fishing creel. We recently went to a local Saturday market where a vender was displaying a variety of hand crafted table lamps. Lo and behold there was an antique wicker creel, and I couldn’t
resist. We put it into his home while he was away. later that day we got a call. He told us that his memories of fishing Montana were now happily sitting on his bed side table.
We just received our log cabin night light and we are delighted with our purchase. The attention to detail is amazing. From the river stone foundation, the stone chimney, and stone fireplace, to the chinking detail on the logs, suggests to me that you spent considerable time doing what must love to do.
